The Last time, we looked at the following.

 Why is a social aggregation required?  What determines a social aggregation’s structure?

 This time, we will find how the concept “sex” changed during the last thousands of years.

 The many things may be concerned with morality and religion that you are believing, and you may be offended.

 Please read without having a prejudice.

前回（連載１０）はなぜ社会集団が生まれたのか、その構造は何によって決まるのかを見ました。

 今回は、性の観念がここ数千年の間にどのように変化したのだろうか？

 これらの多くは宗教や道徳と関わっており、気分を害されるかもしれません。

 先入観を持たずに読んでいただきたい。

At the start, we will look about the guilt of adultery.

 All World Religious forbid the Adultery, Judaism and Islam are severe with it especially.

「If a man is caught having sexual relations with a married woman both the man who had relations with the woman and the woman herself must die; in this way you will purge evil from Israel.」Deuteronomy22:22、Old Testament。

 「If a man’s wife be surprised (in flagrante delicto) with another man, both shall be tied and thrown into the water, but the husband may pardon his wife and the king his slaves.」Code of Hammurabi 129.

Although the formation phase of the Old Testament will be later than the Code of Hammurabi for about 1000 years, the Bible regulations are severe.

 The difference between two are a difference between the crime against a community, and the crime against an individual.

The crime to the community depends on having caused impurity (Adultery).

Although the adultery was disliked for a theory of evolution, civilization adds a new interpretation to adultery.

始めに、姦淫の罪について見ます。

姦淫はすべての世界宗教で禁じられていますが、ユダヤ教とイスラム教は特に厳しくなっています。

「夫のある女と寝ている男が見つかった場合は、・・、ふたりとも死ななければならない。あなたはイスラエルから悪を除きさらなければならない。」申命記22章22節,旧約聖書。

 「ある人の妻が他の男と寝ているところを捕らえられた場合、（二人は）縛られて河に投げ込まれなければならない。しかしその夫が妻を許す時は、王はその男を許す。」ハムラビ法典129条。

旧約聖書の成立時期はハムラビ法典より千年ほど遅いが、罰則が厳しくなっています。

 この条文の際立った違いは、前者は穢れを招いた共同体への犯罪、後者は単に私刑（除名が可能）にあります。

姦淫がなぜ嫌悪されるかも進化上の理由があるのですが、文明は姦淫に新しい解釈を付け加えていくのです。

In the myth all the world, the incest of God or king is common.

Although the incest was disliked for a theory of evolution,

They valued blood to maintain the privilege since it was the royal prerogative was born.

 The incest produced hereditary disease damage.

 Psychiatrist Freud got the hint from Oedipus the King of Greek mythology, and assumed Oedipus complex.

 But this was a failure, all animals originally avoid it.

 The method of avoiding incest was continued in the primitive society.

 Although a marriage partner is chosen from the same clan, the bride always comes from the different village.

 This is the same as migration of the young female of a chimpanzee.

近親相姦は世界各地の神話の中で、神や王は平気で行っていました。

進化の上では忌避すべきはずのものですが、王権誕生と共に、彼らの特権維持のために血統の純粋さを謳いあげることになったのでしょう。

このことは明らかに弊害を生じました、遺伝病による。

精神科医フロイトはギリシャ神話のオイディプス王物語からヒントを得て、エディプス・コンプレックスを想定しました。

この想定は間違っていた、総べての動物は本来それをさけるのです。

原初的な社会では近親相姦を避ける手立てが息づいています。

それは先住民（ジャワ島など）の半族と呼ばれる村の有り様です。

結婚相手を同じ氏族から選ぶのですが、嫁を必ず違う村（半族）からとなります。

これはチンパンジーの雌の移住と同じで、野蛮ということではなく、目的を自然に果たすシステムが維持されている好例です。

We have prejudice about the polygamy.

83% of 849 societies in all the world is the polygamy, and this is not a phenomenon peculiar to the Islamic world.

When mankind begin to storage property, probably, the polygamy is the result of being adopted on the difference of financial capacity or the problem of division of property.

一夫多妻制を見る目には偏見があります。

世界中の８４９社会の８３％は一夫多妻制で、これはイスラム世界特有の現象ではないのです。

一夫多妻は人類に富みの蓄積が生じたことにより、扶養能力の向上や資産分割問題で採用された結果でしょう。

It may be a little imprudent.

Why is a male admire a well‐stacked body of female.

There was a time when the virgin was respected in the past.

This may be the act which male is continuing from ancient times, in order to leave a male’s child certainly.

In this way the sexual culture has been created by the evolution of mankind and the old culture that our society produced once.

少々軽率かもしれませんが。

なぜ処女が尊ばれる時代があり、男性はグラーマに目がいくのでしょうか、今は変わって来ていますが。

これは雄が自分の子を確実に残さんが為に遙か昔から続けている行為なのかもしれません。

このようにして性の文化が進化と社会（古い文化を生みだした）によって生みだされて来たのです。

*     The sex culture continue being important for our society and our lives.

*     The sex culture has been created by the evolution and the old culture.

*     Since we do not understand the truth, we will preserve many misunderstanding and discrimination.
