In Kobe: We ate Spanish dish

There are many foreign restaurants in Kobe, and we are enjoying the taste of a foreign dish as a couple.

This time, we went to the Spanish restaurant that seems to have been built first.

 

神戸には外国料理店が多くあり、夫婦で外国料理を味わうのが楽しみです。

今回は、自称、一番初めに出来たスペイン料理店「カルメン」に行きました。

This restaurant is located in a restaurant district on a mountainside of Hankyu Sannomiya Station.

There are many India, Thailand, Turkey, Russia, and Korean foreign restaurants in this neighborhood.

The restaurant was large although it was on the second floor of narrow stairs.

The lighting of the restaurant tends to dim and we have a meal with the light of a candle.

 

 

この店は阪急三宮駅山側の飲食街にあります。

この界隈には、インドやタイ、トルコ、ロシア、韓国の外国料理店が多くあります。

このレストランは狭い階段の2階にありますが、店は広かった。

店の照明は落とし気味で、ろうそくの灯りで食事をします。

料理の紹介

今回の食事は、季節限定のコースでした。

This image is the dishe that came out of the top in turn.

1.  Assortment of hors-d’oeuvre (Tapas)

I am sorry, because I took the photograph after having eaten some.

2.  Seasonal Salad

It wasn’t special as seasonal dish.

3.  Egg dish of Flamenco (a dish of this restaurant tradition)

This blue flame set the mood for the dinner.

 

上から順番に出て来た料理です。

1.オードブル(タパス)盛り合わせ

いくらか食べてから写真を撮りましたのであしからず。

2.季節のサラダ

3.フラメンカ・エッグ(この店伝統の料理)

この青い炎の演出は、気分を盛り上げてくれます。

4.  Grilled adult yellowtail with red pepper source

5.  Saute of Beef Tenderloin   

6.   Paella

We can choose between the dish 5 or 6.

Finally, a dessert and coffee come out.

 

 

4.ブリのグリエ 赤ピーマンソース

5.牛ヒレ肉のソテー

6.パエリア

料理5と6は、どちらかを選ぶ事になります。

最後はデザートとコーヒーが出て来ます。

 

Impression 

Although I didn’t know the Spain dish, the dish was palatable and deliciously.

We tasted Iberian pork, mussel, spice without usually tasting it, and foreign atmosphere.

I was able to taste it calmly.

As the whole impression, it was a restaurant of good atmosphere at a reasonable price.

 

 

感想 

本場のスペイン料理を知らないのですが、美味しく、口に合いました。

イベリコ豚やムール貝、日頃味わうことの無い香辛料など、異国の雰囲気を味わいました。

ゆったりと味わうことができました。

全体の印象としては、手頃な値段で雰囲気の良い店でした。

  1. I never knew there were so many foreign restaurants in Kobe. I have been to the city twice but both times we went to a Kobe beef restaurant. I would love to try this restaurant someday, the paella looks delicious.

    • 神戸の良さの一つは、各国の料理が狭い範囲で食べられることです。
      旅行好きには良いですね。
